Overview
Leadership Mastery (Retreat 5) expands upon and extends leadership skills developed in the four retreats of the Co-Active Leadership Training program. Some of the skills honed during this retreat include Deepening of Full Permission, Taking Responsibility for Impact, and an unforgettable experience of Creating from Everything. You will learn new techniques for more accurately reading and interacting with Level 3 leaders, experience exponential growth in Co-Leading, and have ample opportunity to practice Level 4 leadership and feedback.

- Learn the vital importance of giving yourself full permission to fail
- Build leadership “muscle”
- Learn how to Recover to Your Stake and Staying, even after you succeed
- Practice coaching arcs and timing
- Integrate your Level 3 awareness with your Level 1 urge
Prequisite
Completion of the Co-Active Leadership Training program (all four retreats).
Tuition
The total program cost for Leadership Mastery is USD $2,500.00. A $500.00 deposit is due upon registration. This fee includes tuition, meals and residential fees for 6 days and 5 nights, beginning at 11 AM Tuesday and ending at 3 PM Sunday. Review program policies here.
